Application Process
Once enrolment is confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to you.

Registration is complete when the term's fee has been paid, thus reserving your child’s place.
Payment can be made by direct deposit.

Each year there is a one time Permission Form to be completed per family.

Missed Classes/Withdrawals/Cancellations
Due to the small, personal class sizes, refunds, transfers will not be available for missed classes. I ask for a full commitment to the current VIC School Term. If there is a cancellation 14 days prior to the Term commencement a deposit will be refunded. If there is a cancellation after 14 days then a refund can be made once a replacement student has been found. Non attendance for personal or health reasons with or without notice is a personal choice but classes still go ahead so no refund will be made for individual classes. If there is an available place available within a few days, it may be possible to have a make-up class but this is not guaranteed.

Illness
If your child has been unwell or had a gastric incident within the last 24 hours please refrain from sending them to class as contagious illnesses spread very quickly in a hands-on environment such as this.

We reserve the right to send a child home who is under the weather and risks the health and wellbeing of other students.

 

Food and Drink
Eating in the studio during normal weekly classes is not permitted without consent from a teacher.

Children may bring along a water bottle to class.
Any pre-class snacks should be consumed before entering the studio.
Nuts and foods containing nuts are not permitted on the property.

Clothing
Art is messy, please send your child to class in clothing that is not precious.
You are welcome to provide your own art smock or one can be made available to you at each class.
Rubber-soled footwear such as Crocs or sand shoes are ideal for art as they can be easily cleaned.
For safety reasons, all shoes should have closed-toes.

Emergency Contact Information
Please ensure that your emergency contact information and pick up permissions on the Family Permission Form is current and updated as necessary.
It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure this information is up to date in the event that information changes.
Be sure to be available for the duration of class should it be necessary to contact you.

Punctuality/Etiquette
Please ensure you arrive no earlier than 2-3 minutes before a class and that you pick up your child promptly at the scheduled finishing time.
Parents and students are requested to refrain from using mobile phones before, during and at pick up times for all classes.
Parents are asked at all times to respect the creative atmosphere of the studio and to retain a quiet demeanour.
When discussing artwork the children have produced always be encouraging of the creative efforts of your child/other children.
Parking is readily available in nearby streets. Please be respectful of our neighbours and do not park over driveways or block access to neighbouring properties.
